| This is a lovely vintage set of six dining chairs, 5 side chairs and one arm chair. This is a complete set, in the early 1900's it was a common practice to have one arm chair per set, it was named the host chair. These are hand carved mahogany chairs with splat backs, cabriole legs ending in ball & claw feet. They have a light finish which really shows off the wood grain, with red velvet upholstery which appears to be original. c. 1920's, they have some flaws and repairs, please e-mail for details. |
