| This is a very elegant light blue crystal bell produced by Fostoria Glass Company, Moundsville, West Virginia. The factory opened in 1887 and closed in 1986. It is graced by a lovely picture of Jesus surrounded by children. It is marked with the "F" and artist signed. It is old could be vintage, pre 1986. Very good condition.
